Make a pretty sundress from the summer of 1980 and learn to hand smock at the same time! With only one main piece this is a super simple dress to make, and if smocking doesn't take your fancy then the dress can be shaped with either shirring or gathering.
This dress holds a special place in our hearts as Clothkitten Anna had the exact same one when she was a little girl. Anna's mum made one for her, and one for her cousin Steffi who still has hers stashed away in the special box!
